For sales
Your pipeline data is wrong the day after you enter it.
Every CRM rots for the same reason: you are the one keeping it alive by typing. Deeta puts the customer on the other end of the record, so it stays true without you touching it.

The problem
The data-entry tax is the actual problem
Stale records lose deals quietly
You never find out which deal you lost because you worked off six-month-old notes. You just lose it.
Let the person who knows do the updating
Their role changed, their number changed, they told you once how they like to be reached. They can keep that right. You cannot.
Every touch informed, not guessed
Knowing how someone wants to be sold to is worth more than another sequence step. It just has to be current.
How it works
A record the other person keeps current
Every tool that asked you to maintain it by hand has already failed you. This one is maintained by the person who actually knows the detail.
Live records
The record maintains itself, because they maintain theirs
You share a profile, they share theirs back, and from then on their side flows to yours. Role, contact details, preferences, the way they want to be contacted — accurate without a single field of data entry.
- No data-entry tax. Time back for selling, which is the job.
- Warm relationships need true records. A wrong detail is what makes a follow-up feel cold.
- Works alongside your CRM, not as another silo you also have to feed.

Just ask
Ask your book of business a question
Not a report you have to build and not a filter you have to configure — a question, in plain English, answered out of what you already know about these people.
- Plain language, so you actually use it between calls.
- Answers from current data, because the record is subject-maintained.
- Your book stays yours — on your device, not pooled anywhere.

Getting things in
Every tool like this dies of the same thing: typing. So mostly, you don’t.
Your whole address book is here on day one, and it stays that way — synced both ways with your phone, so anything that lands in your contacts lands in Deeta, and any edit you make here shows up there. Nothing to import, nothing stranded in a second app. After that a detail takes about two seconds, in whatever way suits the moment you’re in.
Capture
Say it, paste it, or save it from wherever you already are
The detail you want is almost never in front of you at a keyboard — it is in a conversation, a message, or a passing remark. So capture goes where you are rather than asking you to come to it.
- Just say it. Talk, pause, think, keep talking — the session holds your transcript and waits, and you commit when you are done. Transcribed on your device.
- Type or paste. Drop in a chunk of an email or your own scribbled notes and it pulls out the individual details for you to confirm.
- Straight from Messages, or any other app. Share it to Deeta and it is saved against the right person without you leaving the app you were in.
- Someone sends you their digital business card? Share a Blinq, HiHello or Popl link to Deeta and it arrives as real, structured details — name, title, company, numbers, socials — not a dead URL you will never open again.
- Or they just AirDrop you a contact. Send it straight to Deeta — by AirDrop, or from a Mail or Messages attachment — and it comes in as details to confirm, rather than a card you have to file somewhere else first.
- From an answer. Ask a question, then turn what comes back into a saved detail in one tap.
- Or type it. Manual entry is still there, still quick — and edits flow back to your phone’s contacts automatically.

Questions you could actually ask it
Plain English, answered out of the details you have already saved — on your own device in Private Mode, or by the AI provider you picked.
- Which prospects mentioned budget this quarter?
- Who at this account has changed role recently?
- Who prefers text over a call?
- Which customers have I not spoken to since the spring?

Your data. Your AI. Your choice.
You pick the AI. Including none of them.
Most apps hardwire one AI vendor and never mention it. You choose which one answers your questions — and whether one leaves your device at all.
Choose your provider
Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Grok — or none. Set a primary and a backup for when the first one is down. On every tier, including free.
Or run it entirely on your device
Private Mode answers from your records without anything being transmitted. Ask about public things and only an anonymous search leaves — never your contacts, names or details.
And it works with no signal
On a plane or underground, Private Mode picks up automatically and you can still ask about the people you know. It is the resilient path, not a degraded one.
Privacy by architecture
Most contact products aggregate your data. This one is built so we can’t.
Data minimisation here is structural, not a promise in a policy. And we are deliberate about the claims we do not make — that precision is the point.
What is true
- Your records live in an encrypted store on your device, not in a readable pile on our servers.
- In Private Mode nothing is transmitted at all — the reasoning runs on your device. Ask about something public and only an anonymous search leaves, never your contacts, names or details.
- If you choose a cloud provider instead, you choose which one — and identities are tokenised and phone, email and address redacted before anything is sent.
- Sharing is per attribute and consent-gated — you grant specific fields to a specific person, and it travels as ciphertext we cannot read.
- A grant is revocable, and what you share cannot flow onward to anyone you never authorised.
- We do not sell or share your information with anyone, ever. There is no ad model here.
What we do not claim
- Not “your data never leaves your device,” flat. That is true in Private Mode and not true if you pick a cloud provider. We would rather tell you which is which than use the flattering version of the sentence.
- Not that Private Mode matches a big cloud model at everything. It is better on your own records — it reads the phone numbers and addresses the cloud path redacts — and weaker at open-world reasoning. The app says so when it matters.
- Not that we have solved privacy. We have narrowed what we can see, and we describe the narrow paths plainly.
- Not a claim we can’t evidence. If you find us overclaiming anywhere, tell us and we will correct it.
That second column is unusual on a marketing page, and it is there on purpose: a narrower claim you can check beats a broad one you can’t. The full detail is in our privacy policy — and we are a founding signatory of the HumanTerms privacy pledge.
Questions
What sales people ask first
Does this replace my CRM?
No, and it is not trying to. Your CRM owns the deal, the forecast and the pipeline stages. Deeta owns the thing your CRM has never been able to keep accurate: current, human detail about the person, maintained by that person.
Why would a customer keep their own record updated?
Because it is their profile, and they maintain it once for everyone they have shared it with — not for you specifically. That is the whole reason it works where "please confirm your details" emails do not.
Is my book of business exposed to Deeta?
No. Your records live in an encrypted store on your device; we keep no readable copy and hold no key. We are precise about the limits of that claim — sharing and AI queries do transit our servers — and the privacy policy spells out exactly which paths those are.
What happens when I change company?
Your Deeta records are yours, on your device. The live connections you hold are between you and those people, not between your employer and those people.
How much work is this to keep up?
Less than you are expecting, and that is deliberate — every product in this category has died of exactly this.
Your whole address book is there from day one, synced both ways with your phone, so there is no import and nothing stranded in a second app. After that a detail is about two seconds: say it out loud, paste a chunk of an email or your notes, share something straight from Messages or any other app, share a digital business card someone sent you and have it come in as structured details, or turn an answer you just got into a saved detail. Typing it by hand still works — it is just rarely the fastest way.
Someone AirDropped me a contact — does that work?
Yes — hand it straight to Deeta. A contact sent by AirDrop, email or message can be opened in Deeta, or shared to it, and it arrives as real details — name, title, company, numbers, socials — for you to confirm. Same review step a shared business card goes through. A file holding a few contacts is reviewed one at a time. It is meant for a card someone hands you, not a whole address book exported from another app — that is a different job, and not one Deeta does yet.
Or let your phone do it: save it in your iPhone’s Contacts app instead and it still shows up in Deeta within seconds, because the two stay synced both ways.
Two honest limits: nothing is saved until you confirm it, and a photo attached to the contact file is not carried over — every other field is.
Someone sent me their Blinq card. Can I save that?
Yes — and it arrives as real details, not a link you will never open again. Share a Blinq, HiHello or Popl card to Deeta and it reads the name, title, company, numbers and socials off it and offers them to you as candidates. New card services get added without needing an app update.
The honest limits: it reads the card on your device when you ask it to, nothing is harvested server-side; you confirm before anything is saved; and it takes a snapshot rather than watching their card forever — the original link is kept alongside. If a card is built in a way it cannot read, it saves the link and says so instead of guessing at a value.
